Prsh miq .jam ne diten e katert te ditees sot dhe nga 80.6 kg qe peshoja sot jam 78.3 kg qe do te thote 2.3 kg minus..jam shum e lumtur nga rezultati dhe u keshilloj ta mbani si diet..un kam perdorur dhe green tea cdo dit

Pershendetje !Anisa,Nuk e kuptoj se cili eshte prmeobli yt, nese mund te m"a shpjegosh me qarte do te mundohem te te ndihmoj me kenaqesi.Ida,Nuk mendoj se eshte mire te besh keto dieta tek nje femi 10 vjec, por eshte me mire te keshillohesh me nje dietologe. Beji ushtrime fizike sa me shume dhe kontrolli ushqimin.Mira,Patjeter qe mund t"a perdore( megjithate nese deshiron me shume humbje peshe do te keshilloja dieten 24 ditore) Altina,Sigrusiht qe uji te dobeson, por me e rendesishma e pastron trupin nga papastertite dhe helmet.Faleminderit
