3? Strict operation procedures
The start and stop of water ring vacuum pump shall be operated in strict accordance with the use requirements. When starting, start the pump with zero output, and charge nitrogen to the pressure stabilizing plate when there is a certain pressure at the pump outlet. Avoid large deformation of diaphragm caused by nitrogen filling to prevent diaphragm rupture; increase the output of pump slowly; stop the pump slowly to reduce the output of pump.
4? Strengthen pump maintenance
During operation, the water ring vacuum pump shall be inspected regularly, especially the lubricating oil level, pump sound, outlet pressure, nitrogen buffer tank pressure, etc. The diaphragm of the pump body and the diaphragm of the nitrogen buffer tank shall be replaced regularly to effectively prevent the catalyst stop injection accident caused by the damage of two pumps at the same time.
